...HIGH WIND WATCH IS CANCELLED...

While there remains a chance a few gusts to 60 mph could occur
along the most exposed beaches and headlands Wednesday morning, 
particularly south of Tillamook, the probability of these
materializing is not high enough to warrant a High Wind Warning 
for the north Oregon coast.

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph 
  expected near beaches and headlands.

* WHERE...Central Oregon Coast.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 1 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down an isolated tree. Very
  isolated power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.
