Will switch over to the north by 9 to 11 pm this evening. * WHERE...The Northern Snake Plain as well as INL, Mud Lake, Hamer, Roberts, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Island St Anthony. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Blowing dust near Roberts will be problematic, potentially shutting down the interstate due to extremely low visibility.
