central Queen Anne's and northeastern Caroline Counties through 945
PM EDT...

At 909 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Goldsboro, or 14 miles west of Dover, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
