  Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm...
  Outer waters from Sandy Hook to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 to 40
  nm...

* Until 330 PM EST.

* At 257 PM EST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm southeast
  of Entrance to New York Harbor to 9 nm south of Shark River Reef,
  moving northeast at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could 
           result in structural damage.
