  and seas 5 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, west winds 20 
  to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 4 to 7 ft possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters. 

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM Sunday to 
  midnight EDT Sunday night. For the Gale Watch, from late 
  Sunday night through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
