* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Kittitas Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Recent wind observations through the
  Kittitas Valley have incurred advisory criteria winds and wind
  gusts. Winds will continue to increase through the afternoon
  before subsiding later this evening.
