* At 507 PM CDT, Radar estimates that 2 to 3 inches of rain has
fallen since 4 pm due to thunderstorms in and near Poplar Bluff.
Additional moderate to heavy rainfall is expected. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
