* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph this
  afternoon. Gusts as high as 55 mph are possible tomorrow
  afternoon.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest and western Oklahoma 
  and northern Texas.

* WHEN...Through 7 PM CDT this evening, and again from 4 AM to 7 
  PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.
