...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 11 AM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Lower Garfield and Asotin Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Travel may be difficult for high profile vehicles along Highway
  12 between Lewiston and Starbuck.
