* WHAT...North winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Brewster, Omak, Bridgeport, Nespelem, Oroville, and 
  Okanogan.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.  
  Strong winds could lead to rapid fire spread with any new 
  ignitions.  Patchy blowing dust will be possible.
