...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT...

At 613 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Athol to near Spirit Lake to
near Hauser. Movement was north at 25 mph.

Pea size hail and winds up to 40 mph will be possible with these 
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Spirit Lake, Athol, Hauser, Mount Spokane, Cocolalla, Laclede,
Bayview, Careywood and Blanchard.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
