The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a * Flood Watch for a portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, Eastern Passaic, Western Essex, Western Passaic and Western Union. * From 8 PM EDT this evening through late Saturday night. * Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected tonight through Saturday. Rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches is expected to result in some of the smaller streams and creeks to rise above flood stage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
