BRONX, NEW YORK (MANHATTAN) AND QUEENS COUNTIES...
At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area have weakened. Between 1 and 3
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 1
inch is possible in the warned area, with additional rainfall
development possible. Localized flash flooding is ongoing.
