WESTCHESTER COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...
The heavy rain has ended. However, there are areas of residual
flooding from earlier heavy rain and associated runoff. Some rivers
are above their flood stage. The region is now in an areal flood
warning. See this flood warning for more details. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT Monday for portions
of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
