* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Bergen County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Rockland County in southeastern New York...
  Southern Westchester County in southeastern New York...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 330 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Paramus, Tarrytown, Dobbs Ferry, Nyack, Tappan, Greenwich, Pearl 
  River, Oradell, Norwood, Hawthorne, Orangeburg, Upper Nyack, 
  Dumont, New Milford, Westwood, Hillsdale, River Vale, Cresskill, 
  Closter and Briarcliff Manor.

warned area.
