Overton, northeastern Smith, Jackson and south central Clay Counties
through 530 PM CDT...

At 437 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Carthage, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
