* At 852 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated several rounds of 
  thunderstorms that produced heavy rain across the warned area. 
  Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
  amounts up to 1.5 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.  Reports have 
  been received of a few roads having water across them.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

FOR CUMBERLAND, FENTRESS, OVERTON, PICKETT, SOUTHEASTERN PUTNAM AND 
EASTERN WHITE COUNTIES...

At 959 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.  The heavy rainfall that prompted the warning will move out 
of the area through midnight.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
