...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern
Russell, eastern Scott and southwestern Washington Counties and the
southwestern City of Bristol through 900 PM EDT...

At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Walnut Hill, or 11 miles northwest of Bristol Tn,
moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
