...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Hawkins
and southwestern Scott Counties through 515 PM EDT...
At 427 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles south of Big Stone Gap, or 13 miles west of Gate City, moving
southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
