...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Chippewa, northwestern Redwood, eastern Yellow Medicine, northwestern
Renville and southwestern Kandiyohi Counties through NOON CDT...
At 1131 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Granite Falls, or 13 miles southeast of Montevideo, moving east at 50
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
