northern Hennepin Counties through 645 AM CDT...
At 611 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Howard Lake, or 11 miles southwest of Buffalo, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Half inch hail.
