FREEBORN...STEELE...SOUTHERN RICE AND EASTERN WASECA COUNTIES...

At 231 PM CDT, a broad area of moderate to heavy rainfall is 
occurring, with the area of rainfall remaining stationary. This 
could lead to localized urban and small stream flooding, as well as 
water over roadways.

Locations impacted include...
Owatonna, Faribault, Waseca, Blooming Prairie, Medford, New Richland,
Morristown, Ellendale, Warsaw, Lemond, Clinton Falls and Merton.

Moderate to heavy rainfall is occurring with this shower, and may
