...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...PERRY
AND SOUTHWESTERN GREENE COUNTIES UNTIL 430 PM CDT...
At 349 PM CDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was located over
McLain, or 14 miles west of Leakesville, moving northwest at 15 mph.
Wind gusts of up to 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Richton, Beaumont, New Augusta and McLain.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
