* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will fall to 5.7 feet and then begin rising
this afternoon. It will then rise again to 5.8 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will fall to 5.6 feet and then begin rising
tomorrow evening then rise above flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, flooding of low lying farm and pasturelands
begins. Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to higher ground.
