* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Wednesday evening and continue rising to 23.5 feet Saturday
morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, water begins to flood yards of houses on
the southen end of Lee Road in Runnelstown.
