* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
Sunday morning to a crest of 13.0 feet early Monday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 9.5 feet, Kennedy and Peaden Bridges are flooded
upstream of Highway 4 bridge. At 11.0 feet, Minor flooding of
secondary roads and lowlands from the Highway 4 Bridge downstream.
