* From this evening to Monday morning.
* At 4:10 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight and continue falling to 3.3 feet Friday 
  evening.
* Impact...At 4.0 feet, Flooding of streets begins.
