.Heavy rainfall associated with Ida has fallen across the warned 
area. Rainfall has mostly come to an end, with rainfall totals of 6 
to 14 inches being estimated over the past 24 hours. Flooding of low 
lying and urban areas remains possible/ongoing across southeastern 
Mississippi and southwestern Alabama.
