WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Cold wind chills expected. Air temperatures in the low to
  mid 30s, and west to northwest winds around 10 mph across the
  interior and 10 to 15 mph along the coast will lead to wind
  chills ranging from 26 to 33 degrees late tonight through early
  morning Wednesday.

* WHERE...Volusia, Lake, Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Osceola,
  Indian River, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.

* WHEN...2 AM to 9 AM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold weather shelters may be open in your
