Warning for the following rivers in Florida...

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.Brisk onshore winds have slowed the discharge of the St. Johns 
River, and combined with high astronomical tides, river levels near 
Astor have slowly climbed to Minor Flood Stage. The river near Astor 
is forecast to remain right around or slightly above Minor Flood 
Stage through at least Wednesday afternoon with a slow decline in 
levels toward late week.

For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

.High tide cycles have kept river levels along the Saint Johns near 
Astor near Minor Flood stage. Levels will continue to fluctuate into 
Minor Flood at each high tide and is expected to fall into Action 
Stage towards the weekend. Increasing northerly winds behind a 
frontal passage on Friday may keep levels elevated.

.High tide cycles have kept river levels along the Saint Johns near 
Astor near Minor Flood stage over recent days. Although levels will 
continue to fluctuate slightly at each high tide this weekend, they 
are forecast to fall below Minor Flood Stage and back into Action 
Stage beginning today. However, northerly winds behind a weak
