* WHAT...Rough surf and a moderate risk of life threatening rip
  currents are expected at the beaches north of Sebastian Inlet today.

* WHERE...Southern Brevard, Coastal Volusia and Northern Brevard 
  Counties.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Breezy onshore winds will produce rough surf and life
  threatening rip currents.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
