* Until 630 PM EDT.
    
* At 559 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Woodley, or 20 miles southeast of Hertford, moving
  east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located over Columbia, or 20 miles south of Weeksville, moving
east at 25 mph.

         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
