  S of Ocracoke Inlet NC to Cape Lookout NC out to 20 nm...

* Until 215 AM EDT.

* At 108 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Cedar
  Island to near R-8 Buoy, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
