  to Weed in Central Siskiyou County.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, south winds 25 to 35 mph 
  with gusts up to 70 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory, south 
  winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...In California, Modoc County. In Oregon, Northern and 
  Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County and Central and 
  Eastern Lake County. For the High Wind Warning, all higher 
  terrain areas, but also along Highway 31 from Valley Falls 
  northward to Summer Lake. For the Wind Advisory, Sprague River 
  and other areas along Highway 140, US 395 and Highway 31, 
  including Alturas, Lakeview, Adel, Alkali Lake and Silver Lake.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind this strong can blow down trees and power lines 
  resulting in power outages. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.
