AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 30 kt
  with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft at 13 seconds. For
  the Gale Warning, south winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt
  and seas 19 to 24 ft at 20 seconds expected. For the Storm
  Watch, south winds 40 to 50 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas
  22 to 25 ft at 20 seconds possible.

* WHERE...Small Craft Advisory level conditions will increase to
  gale warning conditions over all areas this evening into
  Tuesday. The Storm Watch is for areas from approximately 2
  nautical miles to 25 nautical miles west of the coast from Cape
  Blanco to Florence.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this
  afternoon. For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM PST Wednesday. For 
  the Storm Watch, from Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds and very steep, chaotic seas could
  capsize or damage vessels. Visibilities will be significantly
  reduced due to blowing spray and heavy rainfall.

  Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or 
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...The storm series moving in this evening
  and continuing into Wednesday will produce periods of moderate
  to heavy rainfall.

...STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds will increase to 35 to 45 kt with gusts up
  storm force of 60 kt this morning and this afternoon. Very steep
  combined seas of 20 to 25 ft are expected due to a mix of very
  steep wind seas and long period west swell. Winds will become
  south 30 to 40 kt late this afternoon and this evening with
  continued very high and very steep seas 18 to 23 ft.

* WHERE...Gales and very steep and hazardous seas will affect all
  areas. Storm force winds will affect the waters from
  approximately 2 nm to 25 nm of the coast from Cape Blanco to
  Florence. Winds will gradually lower from north to south across
  the waters late tonight and early Wednesday morning. 

* WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 4 PM PST this afternoon. 
  For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds and very steep, chaotic seas could
  capsize or damage vessels. Visibilities will be significantly
