* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 27 degrees are expected for inland
  areas, with temperatures of 32 to 35 degrees expected along the
  coast.

* WHERE...Freezing conditions are expected for most areas inland
  from the immediate coast, including the cities of Coos Bay, 
  North Bend, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and Powers. Frost is likely 
  for more near shore locations, including Bandon, Charleston, and
  Lakeside. 

* WHEN...From 3 AM late tonight to 9 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and other 
  sensitive vegetation, and could possibly damage unprotected 
  outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.

  Williams, Provolt, Merlin, and Shady Cove. 

* WHEN...From 1 AM late tonight to 9 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, new fruit
  buds, and other sensitive vegetation, and could possibly damage
  unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a deep cold air mass, thus
  temperatures above the shallow inversion are also expected to be
  well below freezing.
