Northeastern Coahoma County in northwestern Mississippi... * Until 445 PM CDT. * At 419 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Friars Point, or 7 miles south of Helena-West Helena, moving southwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected. * Locations impacted include... Clarksdale, Helena-West Helena, Friars Point, Kings, Coahoma, Lyon, Rudyard, Modoc, Preston Place, Westover, Clover Hill, Delta, Helena Crossing, Farrell and Danforth.
