Warning for the following rivers in Arkansas...Missouri...

  Saint Francis River near Saint Francis

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All 
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 22.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It 
  will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Several roads near Wilhelmina, Missouri are 
  flooded. Recreational areas and large areas of agricultural land 
  near the river are flooded.
