* At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage cresting to 21.8 
  feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow 
  morning to 16.7 feet and begin rising again early Saturday 
  morning. It will rise above flood stage again Saturday afternoon 
  and continue to rise to 20.6 feet early Sunday morning. It will 
  then fall below flood stage again early Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Lowland near the river is flooded.
