In West Tennessee, Benton TN, Carroll, Chester, Decatur, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson, Madison and McNairy. * From 7 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning * Showers and thunderstorms will continue across the Mid-South overnight. Recent heavy rainfall has resulted in saturated soil conditions so any rain that falls tonight will run off efficiently. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, with locally higher amounts, are possible through Wednesday morning, especially in northeast Mississippi into portions of west Tennessee. * Periods of heavy rainfall with training thunderstorms could cause flash flooding.
