* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high 
  profile vehicles. Severe turbulence near the mountains will be 
  hazardous for low flying light aircraft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates on this
situation. Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe
location prior to the onset of winds.

  with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch,
  southwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible.

* WHERE...Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from noon today to 7 PM MDT 
  this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Tuesday afternoon 
  through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Severe turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous
  for low flying light aircraft.

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
