* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West Central Eddy County in southeastern New Mexico...

* Until 100 AM MDT Sunday.

* At 657 PM MDT, Trained weather spotters reported flash flooding in 
  Seven Rivers North Arroyo. Flash flooding is already occurring and 
  County Road 381 is underwater.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by upstream heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Lakewood SKP Ranch RV Park, Seven Rivers Airport, Brantley Lake 
  State Park, Avalon, Lakewood and Lake Avalon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
