* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South Central Jeff Davis County in southwestern Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 629 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Flooding is
           likely or already occurring along HWY 90 near
           Valentine and Plateau Valentine Road.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Valentine.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL JEFF DAVIS COUNTY...

At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain 
have ended across the warned area. Radar estimates between 1 and 2 
inches of rain have fallen and it will take some time for water to 
recede. Flash flooding or flooding of low lying areas is expected.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
