* At 1057 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen over the past 1 to 2 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT FRIDAY
FOR NORTH CENTRAL CONWAY AND CENTRAL POPE COUNTIES...
At 1136 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain had fallen over the past 2 to 3
hours. While the heaviest rainfall has ended...it will take some
time for this water to run off. As a result...the threat for flash
flooding will continue.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
