* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. 
  Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. For the Wind Chill 
  Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as 
  low as 25 below zero.

* WHERE...The South Plains, the Rolling Plains, and the extreme 
  southern Panhandle.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 
  6 AM CST Monday. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 AM Sunday 
  to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. Road conditions 
  will become hazardous. The cold wind chills could cause 
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Air temperature in the single digits and
  colder may burst pipes and cause harm to pets, plants, and
  sensitive livestock. With blowing snow, snow drifts of up to 4
  feet will be likely, especially over rural areas.
