...The National Weather Service in Lubbock TX has issued a Flood 
Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE affecting Lubbock 
  County.

.Very heavy rainfall around the city of Lubbock overnight has led to 
runoff that will produce minor flooding along the Double Mountain 
Fork of the Brazos from eastern Lubbock downstream to Buffalo 
Springs and Ransom Canyon. FM 835 just west of Buffalo Springs will 
likely be flooded for a good portion of the day Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

.Water continues to flood across the road leading into Buffalo 
Springs Lake from the west, FM 385. Officials have barricaded this 
road due to flood waters.
