Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  the Black River near Annapolis.
* From late tonight to late Saturday night.
* At 10:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 15.0 feet early tomorrow 
  afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday evening.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins along County Road 146 
  Champion Springs Road... the road leading to the gage.
