Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even

* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 2:00 PM CDT Saturday was 17.4 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 20.7 feet tomorrow evening. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning to 5.7 feet 
  and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Wastewater lift station begins flooding at 
  about this height.  Water was 16 ft deep in July 2008.
