* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 25.8 feet 
  Saturday evening.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Flood Stage.  Lowland flooding of 
  unprotected agricultural land begins.
