precipitation for the next 48 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* From early this morning to late tonight.
* At 5:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 5:00 AM CDT Sunday was 12.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet 
  this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet, The entrance gate to the campground at 
  Onondaga Cave State Park off Highway H begins to flood near this 
  height.
